Have you ever wondered how someone representing a person they’ve never met can begin to feel emotions connected to that person’s story?

In Holographic Family Constellations, we begin by connecting with the field shared by everyone participating. This field holds information carried through our family system—through memory, lived experiences, the body, and the patterns we may or may not be conscious of.

When someone brings a problem to constellate, this information begins to guide the dynamic. Representatives may experience emotions, physical sensations, or impulses connected to ancestral experiences and unresolved family patterns.

What has been hidden can begin to reveal itself—not so we can assign blame, but so we can understand what may be influencing our lives and open the possibility of choosing a different path.
