It has been my peace and pleasure growing, gathering, and combining some of the most spirited plants in Jah's Kingdom.

Most of our ingredients have travelled all the way from Africa to be in harmony with you! Inspired by Africa and the Caribbean's lush tropical spirit, precious oils, folk medicine, bush baths, and rare fruit and spices gave birth to Higher Heights. At Higher Heights we see our bodies as our temples, therefore our products are made from the most nourishing organic foods. Fruit, nuts, African butters, oils, seaweed,clay,aloe, herbs,vitamins, and essential oils are our ingredients. It’s Jackfruit season. My tree had some wood eating insects, actually making a hole through bark. I helped it to recover with essential oils.

This is my smallest jackfruit. Perfectly ripe. How can I tell? Look at the color, perfect!. When sneezed the skin will move. It will be fleshy soft, but firm.
Most of all even if I am not thinking about the tree, from a distance you will catch a faint aroma of jackfruit all around the yard.

Jasmine, jasmine and more jasmine. My tree is loaded, and tonight may be the last night before some of the blooms start fading.
Besides having fragrant bouquets all over my house, porch, shed and everywhere. I dry them for potpourri to place in my linen closet, dresser draws, etc. throw some in the bath or foot soak. I also make. jasminefacialsteams potpourri
