Has anyone else noticed that time doesn't feel... normal anymore?

Some people point to CERN. Others blame getting older, busy schedules, or the endless scroll.

But what if there's another way to look at it?

What if we're experiencing a shift in our relationship with time?

Linear time teaches us to measure life by the clock.

Coherence invites us to measure life by resonance.

When you're fighting yourself, every hour feels heavy. Every delay feels endless. You push, force, and wait.

But when your thoughts, heart, and actions begin moving in the same direction, something strange happens.

Life starts flowing.

The right conversations arrive at the right moment.

Opportunities seem to find you.

Two summers ago, on the Fourth of July, I sat in the light of Sol and remembered something I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

Sovereignty cannot be given.

Freedom cannot be awarded.

It cannot be voted into existence.

It cannot be found in another person.

It cannot be purchased.

It can only be remembered.

This time of year has always carried profound symbolism for me. As we move through this Corridor of Light toward the 7•7 checkpoint and onward to the Lionsgate, Sirius—the brightest star in our night sky—begins its return to the morning sky after spending a season hidden in the light of the Sun.

The ancient Egyptians saw this as the beginning of a new cycle. The return of Sirius heralded renewal, abundance, and the life-giving waters of the Nile.

Whether you receive that as astronomy, mythology, or sacred symbolism doesn’t matter.

The medicine is the same.

For me…

Sol is the light that gives us life.

Sirius is the light that reminds us who we are.

One nourishes the body.

One awakens the soul.

Between those two lights lives the path of sovereignty.

This is why I keep saying we’re in a Corridor of Light.

Not because magic is happening to us…

But because we have an opportunity to remember what has always lived within us.

The 7•7 portal isn’t something I see as opening a door outside of us.

It’s a checkpoint.

An invitation to ask:

✨ Where have I given my power away?

✨ What stories am I finally ready to release?

✨ What part of me is ready to rise?

The Sun never asks permission to shine.

Sirius doesn’t ask permission to return.

Maybe we don’t need permission anymore either.

So today, I celebrate something deeper than independence.

I celebrate remembrance.

I celebrate coherence.

I celebrate the courage to walk my own path while honoring yours.

May this season remind us that the greatest revolution is the one that happens within.

The one where we stop waiting to become sovereign…

…and remember that we already are.
