Insurance update

We’ve recently expanded the insurance plans accepted at Integrative Counseling & Wellness, making therapy more accessible to individuals and families throughout Northeast Ohio.
Our clinicians are currently accepting new clients with a variety of specialties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, EMDR, women’s & perinatal mental health, life transitions, grief, and more.

September is Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month.

Sometimes the signs that someone is struggling are obvious. Sometimes they aren’t.

This month is an important reminder to check in with the people around us, make space for honest conversations about mental health, and remember that asking someone directly about su***de does not increase their risk, it can open the door to connection and support.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, help is available:

🚨 If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. Support is available for suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, mental health or substance-use crises, or simply when you need someone to talk to.
And this month, check on your people. Ask the second question. Make the phone call. Sit with someone in the hard moment. Connection matters. 💜

Practice owner, clinical supervisor, certified mental health integrative medicine provider, and therapist with a special interest in trauma, anxiety, women's mental health, perinatal mental health, grief, ADHD, and the connection between mental and physical wellness.

🌿 Jillian Falzini, MA, LPC
A warm and supportive therapist working with clients through anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

🌿 Madison Sloan, MA, LPC

Back-to-school season is here, and with school, sports, activities, and work schedules getting back into full swing, appointment times can fill quickly.
If you have a preferred therapy day or time, we encourage you to schedule your fall appointments in advance whenever possible.

☀️ Katherine has limited evening availability, so current clients who need after-work or after-school appointments are especially encouraged to pre-book their preferred times.
