Sameena Rahman, MD, FACOG, shared why the shift to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome is a "huge move" for patient care. By moving beyond "GYN terminology" and focusing on systemic metabolic health, clinicians can better prevent long-term cardiovascular issues and end the cycle of patient dismissal.
