Horizon Care Services is proud to participate in the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and we would love for our families, caregivers, friends, and community members to walk alongside us.

This cause is deeply personal to so many of the families we serve. We are walking to honor those living with Alzheimer’s (Alzheimer's Association), remember those we have lost, support the people who care for them, and help fund research toward a cure.
