"The journey to the sky and beyond requires dedication, a team—and good eyesight."
--Dr. Claudia Stern

Our next goes to a highly accomplished aeromedical examiner and ophthalmologist! 🔦 Dr. Stern is an AsMA Fellow and regular contributor to our Annual Scientific Meetings, specializing in microgravity‑related vision changes, including spaceflight-associated neuro‑ocular syndrome (SANS). It takes all kinds of specialists to improve health and safety outcomes for those who fly. Aerospace medicine is a team sport, and that's just part of what we love about it. 👏
