This month's package deals is amazing!
This package is focused on breaking people pleasing, over giving, rescuing others and abandoning the self!

What it includes: $450/person
*4-60min Coding sessions
*ticket to the immersive breathwork journey on the 19th
*choice of extra coding session or soundbath of choice
*access to redlight therapy

!Session update!
This is the last month sessions will be $80/60min.
Starting October 1st all coding sessions will be $100/60min
*so book your session to get the $80 or purchase or the option to buy a 5 session punchcard for $400 to lock the $80 price in. That punchcard is only available for purchase the month of September.

Depression is the energy of the week. Nearly every single client ive worked on (myself included) is clearing depression.

Depression is triggered differently for everyone. But the feeling is usually the same. Deep sadness in the heart space, exhaustion, spurts of energy folkowed by exhaustion, lack of motivation, feeling hopeless but still trying to hold space for others....I can go on and on. So many physical symptoms this week also. Lots of digestive issues, headaches, restlessness, insomnia....

Journal what you are feeling. Maybe you will find the culprit. The more you avoid the worst it gets. Rest, stillness, reflect. What in your life are you avoiding? What is not longer aligned with you that you keep holding onto? What habits need to go, what patterns need to shift? Your nervous system putting a stop to things that aren't in alignment with you.

Video is 9 min. Advice and card pull is at the end. Say "no" to more obligations and "yes" to what you need to be balanced. This is the time you stop over giving and under recieving. Its also a time to face reality and acknowledge that your life is a reflection of your choices. What you have allowed? What cycles you continue to endure? This storm will pass but are you will to let it go?

Before you sleep..no matter how difficult it is..Say 3 things you are thankful and grateful for. Sending you all so much love and light. 🩷🌞
