Nobody warns you that the school year arrives with a cough attached to it.

Somewhere in the first few weeks, one kid brings something home from a classroom, and then it works its way through the entire house while you keep going anyway, because the schedule doesn’t stop just because you feel terrible.

We can’t do anything about the classroom. But we can do quite a bit about the respiratory system you’re sending in there.

✨ WE’RE REOPENING! SATURDAY, AUGUST 15TH ✨

After a season we never expected, we are so incredibly grateful to announce that we will be reopening our doors on Saturday, August 15th, with ALL of our services available! 🙏❤️

Our building may not look exactly the way we would have chosen just yet. The flooring will not be completely finished, so it may not be as aesthetically pleasing as it will eventually be. But it will be safe, dry, functional, and ready for our amazing staff to get back to doing what they do best, providing the great quality and care you have always known and trusted from us.

And through all of this, God has continued to remind us that He is always in control.

When we had to remove the flooring, something unexpected happened. Underneath it, we discovered the Scriptures that we had written when we first moved into this building. Words that had been there all along, hidden beneath the floor, waiting to be uncovered.

What a beautiful reminder that God sees the whole picture, even when we can only see the mess in front of us.

What looked like destruction became a discovery.
What felt like a setback became a reminder.
What we thought was being torn apart was actually revealing something that had been there from the very beginning.

Everything has come full circle. ❤️

The Scriptures were there when we first began this journey, and now, during a season of rebuilding and restoration, they have been uncovered again. It feels like God is reminding us that the foundation was never just the building, the foundation has always been Him.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11

We may not understand every step of the journey, but we trust the One who does.

We are incredibly thankful for our clients, our staff, our families, our community, and every person who has prayed for us, encouraged us, supported us, and patiently waited for our return. We could not be more excited to welcome you back!

So, while the floors may still be a work in progress, our hearts are full. ❤️

The doors are opening.
The work continues.
The restoration is happening.
And God has been faithful through it all.

❤ From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every one of you for your kind words, heartfelt prayers, and unwavering encouragement. What began as an unexpected challenge with a burst pipe and flooding has reminded us just how blessed we are to be surrounded by such an incredible community.

We truly believe God is faithful in every season, and we have seen His hand at work through every step of this journey. Even in the midst of this setback, He has provided peace, strength, the right people at the right time, and a restoration team that has worked diligently to help us move forward. We know that God is making a way, and we are trusting His perfect timing.

Because of your prayers and His faithfulness, we are making wonderful progress and are hopeful that we'll be sharing our reopening date very soon. We cannot wait to open our doors again, welcome you back, and continue serving each of you with the love, care, and relaxation you deserve.

There’s a specific kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.

You can get a full seven or eight hours and still wake up feeling like you never actually put anything down.

That’s because rest and sleep aren’t the same thing, even though we tend to use the words interchangeably. 𝙎𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

And most of the women who walk through our door haven’t felt that in years. Even lying completely still, some part of them is quietly running the list. Who needs what. What didn’t get done. What’s coming tomorrow.

That’s exactly who we built this place for.

The lighting is low on purpose. The walls are salt and wood instead of white and clinical. Our therapists take a moment to pray over the room before you’re ever in it. And nobody here is going to rush you, upsell you, or hand you a clipboard while you’re trying to exhale.

For one hour, there is nothing on your list. This is truly a space designed for rest.

Those circles aren’t bruises. We promise. Here’s what’s actually happening under the cup.

Every other kind of bodywork you’ve ever had works by pressing down. We use our hands, our forearms, our elbows, and we push into the muscle to break up whatever is stuck in there.

𝗖𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘴.
