Today was a beautiful reminder that wellness happens in community.

I spent the morning at the North Port Healthcare Exposition surrounded by professionals who have dedicated their lives to helping others feel better, move better, and live fuller lives.

Every conversation, every question, and every new connection reinforced something I deeply believe: health is not about a single treatment or provider. It's about having a network of people who care.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Onda today. It was an honor to share what we do and to meet so many wonderful members of our community.
