The Strength You Don't See π
You're stronger than you realize! And I mean that in ways you probably haven't considered.
Yes, you survived surgery. Yes, you learned to manage your ostomy. Yes, you keep showing up even on the hard days. That takes strength.
But there's a deeper strength too! The strength it takes to be vulnerable. To ask for help. To admit when you're struggling instead of pretending everything is fine. To reach out to this community and say "I need support" or "Tell me I'm not alone." That's not weakness, but profound courage!
The strength to try again after something didn't work. To experiment with new products, new routines, new approaches. To adjust and adapt without giving up. That's the kind of strength that changes lives.
The strength to celebrate someone else's victory even when you're having a hard day. To lift each other up in the comments. To share your story so someone else feels less alone. That's the strength of community. That's the strength of love.
You carry strengths you don't even recognize. Quiet strengths. Daily strengths. The kind that don't make headlines but make all the difference in a life well lived.
I see your strength. And I want you to see it too.
