Truth: Too much is. Too little is just as harmful. The right amount depends on your stage — don't guess. Ask."

If you have stage 4 or stage 5 CKD, ask your nephrologist to set up an appointment for you to see a dietician. Fun fact: It's covered by your insurance.

The entire reason to see your nephrologist is to help avoid/delay dialysis > Make sure your nephrologist is on this path along with you.

You bring the best to work, patients love and respect you to death (and trust me, in a dialysis clinic that’s the ultimate compliment), and the staff appreciates your help and support so much we’d probably all need emergency dialysis from missing you on your days off.
