Real life lately: showing up to appointments even when I don’t feel like it. The mental load of health stuff is real - scheduling, finances, uncertainty, fatigue; all while trying to keep life moving. If you’ve ever felt “high maintenance” just for taking care of yourself, you’re not!! I get it, I’m doing the same thing one appointment at a time. Be sure to treat yourself too! Flowers in the office this week are bringing the cheer! 🌷🌷

I’m honored to be supporting TherapyWell at their April and September Women’s Trauma Healing Retreats in Granbury. I had the chance to guide yoga at last year’s retreat, and it was such a beautiful space to be part of. I’m really looking forward to being back with this team and the women who show up for this kind of deep, brave work.

Healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, understood, and safe. Spaces where you don’t have it all together, where you can just show up as you are.

If you’ve been feeling lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just off… or if life has been a lot and your body is asking for some space to catch up… this could be a loving, supportive place to land.

I’ll be there guiding yoga, alongside a really wonderful team of humans who care deeply about this work and about the people who walk into these spaces.
