ur Main Street with storefronts opens to all private, hotel-like suites. As a family owned company with locations throughout Northeast Ohio, our resources, experiences, and excellent customer service and outcomes we are proud to be the provider of choice. The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a facility that provides an excellent level of medical, physical and emotional support. We provide medical care to those in need of post-op and medical services. Our leading-edge therapy services, design, décor and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, allows us to provide the highest level of therapy with superior outcomes.

Residents had a wonderful time making homemade pet treats for our fundraiser and adoption event! 🐾 Some may have even sampled the all-natural ingredients while creating these special goodies. Every treat was made with love, and proceeds from the event will benefit Berea Animal Rescue. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success!!

Our activity room is the heart of our community—a place where residents gather not only for scheduled activities, but also to enjoy each other’s company throughout the day. Whether it’s getting nails painted, completing weekly menus, enjoying a relaxing hand massage, or simply sharing coffee and conversation, there is always something happening.

Residents and staff alike enjoy spending time in the room, stopping by to say hello, connect, and build meaningful relationships. It’s common to see several activities taking place at once, as each resident is encouraged to choose what interests them most.

The activity room provides a welcoming space where everyone can participate at their own pace while enjoying the companionship of their neighbors.

We truly enjoyed celebrating our STNAs by passing out goodies, t-shirts, and lunch as a small token of our appreciation. Our STNAs are the heart of our community, and we couldn't do what we do without them.

Last Friday, management showed their appreciation by staying late to grill burgers for the staff. This morning, everyone enjoyed fresh coffee from the coffee truck and had the chance to pick out self-care goodies from the mobile cart.
