Meet Wes, whose initial career aspirations included teaching and culinary arts. Through his professional journey in various skilled nursing facilities, Wes ascended to the position of Regional Director of Operations. A transformative experience in activities led him to reassess his career objectives, as he gained insight into the profound impact individuals can have on one another. Wes's personal interests include spending time with his wife, singing, and scuba diving. The sea turtle serves as his spirit animal, embodying his calm and gentle nature.
