CareSource announced that, due to an overpayment error, they plan to reduce reimbursement rates for some services by 15% and retroactively recoup payments to providers (or "clawback" payments) from the last two years. Actions that will put some providers in a financially untenable position, and hurt access to services for those who use Medicaid across Ohio. We are devastated to hear about the death of the Valley Forge student and for all the students, parents, teachers and staff who have been affected. Today we are spotlighting one of our amazing therapists, Stephanie Wise Phillips! Stephanie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) who works with adults to heal trauma, find balance and restore peace! Stephanie is passionate about maternal mental health and helping those who have experienced religious trauma. She utilizes CBT, DBT, ERP and EMDR to help her clients manage their anxiety, depression and OCD.
