Some days really bring every piece of this work together 🤍✨
Today began outdoors with Cranston Public Schools, where I had the opportunity to offer a 60-minute sound bath to 50 faculty & staff members — an hour dedicated simply to slowing down, settling in, and receiving.
From stillness ➝ movement 🌿
Next, 60 Cranston Public School teachers joined me for an all-levels Hatha Yoga practice — breathing, stretching, moving, and creating a little space for themselves before the school year gets moving.
And tonight, I returned to one of my favorite spaces: Mother’s Haven in East Greenwich for my Perinatal Yoga series 🤰🏼🧘🏼♀️
This class felt especially meaningful because alongside my students were two families I currently have the privilege of supporting as their birth doula. There’s something incredibly special about getting to walk alongside families in more than one capacity as they prepare for birth.
From supporting the people who care for and educate our children…
to supporting families preparing to welcome theirs 🤍
Sound. Movement. Education. Birth work. Community.
A full day of Root to Bloom Wellness — and exactly the kind of work I hoped to create when I began building this little business
