Hi everyone!!

So before getting into the Christmas gift certificates, the next few weeks we will be taking down the ceilings and putting up new ceilings in my office and hallway as well as putting new paint on the walls in hallway, office and massage room. So if you have a massage in the next few weeks please excuse the mess as we try and update these rooms to make them fresh and new.

I will be running the same special that I've been doing the past few years, buy any 4 massages and get the 5th one (60 minute) free. I will also be doing a package where you buy 3 massges (60 or 90 minutes) and you will 50% off of a Body Scrub.

Hot Stone Therapy Massage: $95 Enjoy an hour and 15 minute massage with warm stones incorporated within the massage as well as being placed on the body. These stones were hand picked by Heidi herself at her favorite beach (2nd Beach) in Newport.

Pregnancy Massage: For the Mommy to be enjoy either a 30,60, or 90 minute Swedish Massage side-lying to start and finishing on your back. Mommy to be MUST be past her first trimester to safely enjoy her massage.

MOROCCAN OIL BODY BUFF SCRUB!!!!!
Enjoy a 60 minute massage, followed by a Moroccan oil (orange sent) body buff scrub made with exfoliating orange peel with vitamin E, nourishing avocado, grape seed, safflower, sesame and sweet almond oils. Once the scrub is applied you will then step into a nice warm shower where you will continue to exfoliate your skin using exfoliating gloves and Moroccan oil body wash. Once your out of the shower you will then come back to the massage table to freshly clean sheets and you will then have Moroccan oil body butter applied to the freshly exfoliated skin.
The Moroccan Oil Body butter is a concentrated body cream that contains antioxidant-rich argan oil, Shea, Cocoa and mango butters melted together to deliver nourishment, while avocado, olive, squalane and pomegranate oils instantly soften and nurture the skin and vitamin E provides maximum moisture leaving your skin feeling baby soft. Service time is approximately 90 minutes
The price of this scrub is $105.


KEYANO AROMATICS MANGO SCRUB
Enjoy a 60 minute massage, followed buy Keyano Aromatics mango scrub, which will exfoliate your skin. Then you will take a nice refreshing shower where you will continue to exfoliate your skin using exfoliating gloves and a mango scented body wash to wash off the
scrub. Once you are out of the shower you will then come back to fresh clean sheets on the table where you now will have the mango butter cream applied to the areas that were just exfoliated.

Service time is approximately 90 mins

The price of this scrub is $105

A reminder for women who will receive any scrub, please do not shave your legs the day of the massage as the scrub could iterate your legs.

My little Helpers

So today October 1st is 9 years that I have owned my own business.
I just wanted​ to send a HUGE Thank you to all my clients. In the almost 22 years that I have been a massage therapist, opening my own business has been the best decision I have made in my career thus far. I want to thank you all for believing in me and for allowing me to work on you to help alleviate any aches and pains you have. The best part of my job is knowing that I am in some way helping you feel like a new person.
Also thank you to everyone who has referred their family, friends and coworkers to me. I know there a many massage places out there that you can refer people to, but it means the world to me that you send them my way. Right now I have 415 clients, granted I don’t see all these clients all the time but every week my schedule is always full and I am still booking massages a year out now which It’s never been that way in my career before. I am beyond amazed and SO thankful and blessed that I have been this successful in these 9 years.
So here is to another successful year of being able to help heal and make you feel like a brand new person!!!

Hi Everyone,
This is a post that I've had to think long and hard about to send out, with all the price increases that have happend out there it has unfortunately slowly started to effect me and my family.
With that being said as of March 1st I will be increasing all of my massages $5 and adding a $2 fee for any credit card transaction. Also I understand that people get sick or things happen or you forget you have an appointment, but I've had quite of few of no shows, so starting NOW if you don't show up for your appointment I will have to charge you 1/2 the price of the massage. Anyone that has gift certificates I will honor the price that they are, but any bought after March 1st will be at the new price.
I so much appreciate all of you, I know that there are so many massage places out there that you can go to, but it means the world to me that you have chosen me to help you alleviate any pain that you have. I really hope that the price increase does not effect you but I do understand if it does. Thank you again to all my loyal clients.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to send out an update, as most of you know that my husband has been out of work for just about 2 years now due to having multiple surgeries, the doctor has now given him the ok to go back to work. He is starting a new (Truck Driving) job as of next week.
With that being said I just ask anyone who has appointments in the near furture to please bare with me as I figure out his work schedule with mine and the boys.
I don't foresee any problems as we have figured out our babysitter situation once Ryan goes back to school. If anything does come up I will notify those clients that are in my schedule.
