Begin with a silent meditation to help you slow down, reconnect, and cultivate inner calm. Then, gently transition into a beginner-friendly watercolor painting experience where the focus is on presence, creativity, and enjoyment—not perfection.

No artistic or meditation experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
