I keep saying I’m going to be better about posting on social media, but truth be told (as I’m sure you can see 🙈), I’m not really confident in front of a camera!

So, I’m stepping a little outside of my comfort zone and putting myself out there anyway.

I recently stumbled upon a quote that really resonated with me:

“There’s something deeply vulnerable about putting yourself out there … sharing your skills, sharing your face, telling the world, ‘I’m doing this.’ It can feel like standing on a stage with no script and all eyes on you.

The fear of judgment, it can keep you quiet.

But what if you’re not here to be perfect?

What if you’re here just simply to be seen?

What if someone out there needs what you have to offer?
. But they can’t find you if you’re hiding.

What can become possible if you allow yourself to become visible?”

When I opened Mindbody Connection , my hope was always to create a space where people could feel safe, supported, connected, and cared for — mind, body, and spirit.

Being able to use my business to stand alongside survivors and support the incredible work of Vera House means so much to me. 💜

A special thank you to Salt & Stone Event Company for bringing this beautiful fundraiser to life and creating an opportunity for our community to come together, raise awareness, and show survivors that they are not alone. Your work in bringing people together for such an important cause truly matters. 💜

Domestic and sexual violence can touch so many lives, often in ways we never see. Standing with survivors means believing them, supporting them, creating safe spaces, and reminding them that they deserve to be heard, believed, and supported.

I’m truly honored to Paint the Town Purple alongside so many incredible local businesses, organizations, and community members. 💜

✨ Stepping into a New Year With a Full Heart ✨

As I welcome this new year, I’m taking a moment to breathe in deep gratitude for the one that’s just closed. Last year began with me returning from maternity leave — stepping into a new location, a new pace, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I entered the year unsure of how this next chapter would unfold … but you helped shape it into something truly beautiful.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me with your care, your energy, and your healing. Every session, every message, every referral — each was a thread that wove this practice back into life again. You allowed me to reconnect with my work in a deeper and more meaningful way, and I carry your stories with reverence.

To my family and friends: thank you for the unseen support, for your patience, for your encouragement, and for believing in me even on days when I doubted myself. Your love held the foundation steady.

This past year taught me about resilience, alignment, and receiving support with an open heart. It reminded me that growth can be gentle, and beginnings don’t have to be loud to be powerful.

Thank you for being part of my journey.
Thank you for helping me rise into this next chapter.
