Our Blessing Box is officially full, and we are so grateful for this amazing community! 🩷
As you tackle your summer cleaning, consider setting aside any new, unused personal care items you no longer need. These simple essentials can make a huge difference for women and families in our community.
✨ Current needs include:
• New toothbrushes
• Toothpaste & mouthwash
• Shampoo & conditioner
• Hairbrushes
• New socks
• New underwear
• Bras
• Feminine hygiene products
• Deodorant
• Soap and other personal care items
We also have space available for pamphlets and information about local resources and services that may help women and families who need support.
Together, we can remind women that they are seen, valued, and never alone. Thank you for helping us make health, hygiene, and dignity accessible to everyone. 🩷

We know this is such a busy season for everyone, but we wanted to send out a little reminder to take care of yourself, too. 💕
Unfortunately, we had two instructors who had to cancel classes this week due to low attendance. If there’s a class you love, we encourage you to make time for yourself, grab a girlfriend, and come move with us!
Showing up for yourself matters, and your support helps us continue providing the classes and community you enjoy so much. ❤️
