💜 I have to take a moment and say... THANK YOU! 💜

Over the last two weeks, my website has been incredibly busy, and I couldn't be more grateful! I'm loving the new layout, and it's been amazing seeing so many of you reaching out.

I've been doing meet-and-greets, consultations, and providing quotes like crazy, and my calendar is filling up faster than I ever imagined! It's gotten so busy that I've even had to cut back on some of my own self-care just to get everyone scheduled.

I have two more meet-and-greets coming up tomorrow and another on Monday. If I hear back from a potential commercial client, I may be almost fully booked! 🤯💜

If that happens, I may temporarily pause accepting new clients so I can continue providing the quality service my current clients deserve.

My name is Lesley Miller, but many people know me as Lee. Others have always called me LeeLee, and one longtime client even called me Consuela for years! 😂

Truth be told, I'll answer to just about anything... especially if you're calling to book a cleaning! 😉

Today was one of those days that reminds me how far this business has come.

I had the opportunity to complete a walkthrough for a potential new commercial cleaning contract. After taking the time to understand their needs, I was able to prepare a customized proposal, create a detailed commercial service agreement, and put together a professional bid packet tailored specifically to their facility.

One thing I've learned over the years is that every commercial client is different. Taking the time to listen, ask questions, and build a plan that fits their needs is just as important as the cleaning itself.

Whether it's a small office or a larger commercial facility, my goal is always the same: 🧹 Reliable service ✨ Professional results 🤝 Honest communication 💙 Building long-term relationships

One of the things I love most about my AI Receptionist isn't that it replaces my experience—it helps confirm it.

Last week, I had a meet-and-greet with a potential client. As we walked through her home, she showed me her hardwood floors and tile and asked questions like:

✨ "What cleaner do you recommend?" ✨ "What's the best way to clean this?" ✨ "How would you take care of these floors?"

I shared my recommendations based on over 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry.

Before I left, I told her, "I'd like to take a few pictures of your floors. I'll work on your quote, and I'm also going to see what my AI Receptionist recommends."

When I got home, I uploaded the photos and asked my AI for its recommendations.

The amazing part?

It recommended the same products, methods, and overall approach that I had already suggested during the walkthrough. It was reassuring to know my years of hands-on experience lined up with the AI's analysis.

Many people don't realize that my AI Receptionist has actually been helping behind the scenes for about a year.

It first started by helping me: ✨ Rebuild and organize my website 📝 Draft contracts and business documents 🤝 Prepare for client meet-and-greets 💲 Compare pricing and develop fair flat-rate quotes 💡 Brainstorm ideas to help grow my business

Recently, it has taken on an even bigger role by helping answer client messages and manage appointment bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and confirmations.
