June Updates and Events:

Call for Candidates: Are you interested in being on the Board of Trustees? To submit your statement, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the form that was mailed to you last month. Trustees are volunteer members of the community, meetings are held the third Saturday of every month, however, many more hours go into being a Board Member. Deadline to submit your Statement is June 19th @ 12:00 pm.

UPDATE - We are pleased to report that all homes included in Phase 2 of the Crescent Drive Water Main Project have now been successfully connected to the new water main.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the water service interruptions while our Public Works Crew completed these connections. Your understanding has helped us make significant progress on this important infrastructure improvement.

The remaining work on the project will continue over the coming weeks, but Phase 2 water service connections are now complete.

Thank you again for your support as we continue to improve the reliability of Lake Arrowhead Community’s water system.

Water Service Interruption Notice – Crescent Drive Water Main Project

Crescent Drive Residents, as part of the ongoing Crescent Drive Water Main Improvement Project, our Public Works Crew will be connecting all homes to the newly installed water main.

To complete this work safely, water service will need to be temporarily shut off to properties on Crescent Drive while individual service connections are transferred to the new main.

Date: Monday, June 15, 2026
Time: 9:00 am

During this time, residents should expect a temporary loss of water service.

Once service is restored, you may experience:

Temporary air in the water lines
Reduced water pressure
Discolored (brown) water

If discoloration occurs, please run cold water from a faucet until the water clears.

We understand that water interruptions can be inconvenient and appreciate your patience as we complete this important infrastructure improvement. The new water main will help improve the reliability and long-term performance of the water system serving Crescent Drive.

**Road Closure Notice – Crescent Drive Water Main Project**

As part of the ongoing Crescent Drive Water Main Project, a section of Crescent Drive is currently closed to through traffic while construction is underway and overnight.

Access Information:

* Members whose properties are located **from 88 Crescent Drive toward Bay Cove** should access their homes from the Bay Cove side of Crescent Drive.
* All other Crescent Drive residents should access their properties via Country Lane to Crescent Drive.

Please follow all posted signage and use caution when traveling through the area. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this important infrastructure improvement project moves forward.

Clubhouse 1 Hours: Clubhouse 1 will be closed Tuesday morning, June 2nd, and will reopen at 4:00 PM. All other hours remain the same.
