Residents enjoyed the unique sounds of a Gamelan performance. Gamelan Lebdo Budoyo performed Central Javanese Gamelan music from Indonesia. Bronze gongs and percussion play cycles of melodies, slowing and speeding as directed by the drummer, a living tradition that dates back more than a millennium.

It was a beautiful day for our Gardens residents to enjoy a singalong in the courtyard. A huge thank you to our activity assistants, Crystal and Sally, for leading such a joyful morning.

A huge congratulations to our two Deaconess Excellence Award winners, Matt P. and Maria A. who this past year truly showed the Deaconess spirit and mission and went above and beyond. We honored them at our Overseers Mtg this week and we are proud to have them on the Rockridge team!
