At Christopher Heights of Northampton, we are so grateful for our volunteers. ♥️
Peter’s exercise class is 5 days a week and is always guaranteed merriment!
We add in old time sing-a-longs (and resident pianists!) as we keep limber and strong. As he says, “Having fun is the important part.”
