I’m gonna be honest with you 👉some things you’re doing are making your back pain worse. 😳
❌Sitting for 3 hours without moving (my drives to NY always remind me how important this is!)
❌Thinking stretching alone will fix it. (You need a balance of mobility and strength.. not one without the other)
❌Waiting for it to go away on its own
❌Assuming this is just what getting older means
