What a great afternoon our long-term care residents had for our monthly specialty coffee and poke cake social. The music was playing nicely in the background, and the residents had a choice of specialty sugar free creamers of different flavors with their delicious hot coffee along with moist, homemade orange poke cake. Darlene, our activity assistant plans this monthly social, and Dawn, our activity director, enjoyed the time with our wonderful residents and appreciates Darlene's kind efforts.

A bittersweet aloha 🌺 Yesterday, ALF threw our friends from the early education center a farewell luau as their last few days at Advinia are counting down. ALF had a super sweet Friday! Kathy baked her fellow residents a cheesecake from scratch 👩‍🍳🍰 It was a labor of love that took her 2 whole days to perfect, but it was absolutely worth it 😋 It was also world kebab day, so we made our own fruit skewers to snack on. We had fresh fruits, marshmallows, and dunkin munchkins to pick from 🍓🍌🍩🍇 Yum!!!
