The goal isn’t to “stop thinking so much.” 👀
You’re human. You’re going to have anxious thoughts, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, overthinking, worst-case scenarios, and moments of fear. That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Mental health isn’t about controlling every thought that enters your brain.
It’s about learning how to respond to those thoughts differently.
You can notice a thought without spiraling.
You can feel anxiety without obeying it.
You can have self-doubt and still move forward anyway.
The thought itself isn’t always the problem.
It’s when we start treating every thought like a fact.
