Our acupuncture clinic is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Team Member to join us on Sundays (with possible additional weekday hours).

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a calm wellness environment, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments in our EMR system
• Billing appointments through our EMR
• Answering phones and assisting with patient questions
• Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly

💻 Must be comfortable with computers and learning clinic software.
🌿 Experience in healthcare or wellness offices is a plus but not required.
