Alex and I are excited to offer equine mental wellness workshops designed to help riders build confidence, manage emotions, and strengthen their connection with both themselves and their horses.

Our workshops help participants:
-Develop emotional regulation skills in and out of the saddle
-Build confidence and overcome fear or performance anxiety
-Improve communication and trust with their horse
-Learn practical mindfulness and grounding techniques
-Navigate challenges unique to the equestrian world

📍 We travel to your farm or barn, making it convenient for your riders and clients.

🤝 Trainer Referral Program
Trainers receive a 10% referral fee

💲 FIRST TIME Introductory Workshop Price: $75 per person
