One of the most meaningful things I’ve done as a surgeon doenst happen in my Northfield OR
It happens in Nepal.

I believe access to skilled surgical care shouldn’t be determined by where you’re born. When I travel to countries like Nepal, I’m not just there to operate, I’m there to teach; to train local surgeons, to share the techniques and knowledge that took me decades to develop.

One surgery changes one life. Teaching a surgeon changes hundreds. This is part of why I do what I do!
