What actually happens in your brain during a 9D session.
Here’s the simplified version of something genuinely complex:
→ Theta brainwaves activate.
This is the state between waking and sleep, the same state children are in constantly, which is why they learn and absorb so fast. In adults, it’s rare. We typically only get there as we are drifting to sleep or as we’re waking up. The breath gets you there deliberately.
→ The default mode network quiets.
This is the part of your brain responsible for self-referential thought aka the inner critic, the rumination, the story about who you are. When it goes quiet, you get a break from yourself.
→ The amygdala, your threat detection system becomes less reactive. Which is why people feel less triggered in the weeks after consistent practice.
→ Neuroplasticity increases. New pathways form more easily. Old ones weaken from disuse.
This is why it works. Not belief… biology.
