Offering Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and therapeutic counseling for individual adults (typically 20s-50s) with anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, stress, and transition challenges. In person sessions in North Denver/Northglenn and teletherapy for state of Colorado.

I can help by co-creating a brave & safe space and validating you – especially when it feels like no one understands. With ART (an integrated, somatic eye movement psychotherapy) we will help you find quick relief and rapid recovery from prior traumas and distresses, eliminate triggers, and move forward feeling lighter and calmer. Combined with therapeutic counseling (“talk therapy”), we’ll rebuild coping skills for relief now & prevention later. I’ll challenge you (with care), offer accountability, and use your strengths to help you meet your goals. Ideally, we’ll also laugh together and connect as humans.
