Hello BioKinetic Chiropractic Family!
I am pleased to announce the re-opening of my clinic on Monday, May 4th. This will give me time to acquire all of the necessary PPE and sanitizing equipment that I need. We are also having the office "deep cleaned and sanitized" Friday afternoon.
Having the clinic re-open will require a few changes that have been put in place by the Colorado Department of Health (CDPHE) and the Department of Regulatory Agency (DORA). The following are the steps necessary while we limit the spread of Covid-19:
1. All visits need to be made by appointment only. No walk-ins are allowed. Appointments can be made by calling me, texting me, or going to www.BioKineticChiro.com and hitting the "Make Appointment" button.
2. All patients must wear a mask (cloth is OK) when entering the office. If you do not have one, I can provide you with a disposable medical mask.
3. If you are feeling ill, then please stay home. I will not charge you a cancellation fee if you need to stay home. I will conduct a symptom check for all patients, decline to provide services to anyone who has symptoms and refer them to their primary care physician.
4. We will use "virtual waiting rooms". This means that when you arrive for your visit, please text me while you are in the parking lot and I will reply to you when it is okay for you to come into the clinic for your appointment.
5. Only patients are allowed into the office. Exception to this is when the patient is a minor, when multiple patients from the same household have back to back appointments scheduled, or if assistance is needed by a patient from a caregiver. Other arrangements can be made as well.
Here are the steps being taken to provide you with the best care while also limiting the spread of Covid-19:
1. All providers will be wearing a disposable medical mask, exam gloves, and other necessary PPE during any close personal contact with the patient.
2. Gloves are changed and hands are sanitized between every patient.
3. All equipment and tools are cleaned and disinfected between each patient per CDC Guidelines.
4. Sufficient time is allotted between patient visits to change PPE and ensure that rooms and equipment can be cleaned and sanitized between each patient per CDC Guidelines.
I personally want to thank each and everyone of you for your patience through this very difficult and trying times. My practice truly means nothing without my wonderful patients!
Yours In Health,
-Dr. Mike
