Movement Headquarters x Cow Harbor CrossFit

Join us on Thursday, June 18th at 7:00 PM as we bring our communities together for an evening run and hangout.

We’ll kick things off with a structured dynamic warm-up, mobility work, and running prep before heading out for a 2-3 mile group run along a portion of the Cow Harbor 10K course. Whether you’re training for the race in September or just looking to get some miles in with good people, this is for you.

After the run, we’ll cool down, stretch, crack a few beers, and hang out.
