Today we celebrate Nora's recovery AND her mom's birthday!
Happy birthday Cerra!

Nora had successful open heart surgery on Monday and was extubated yesterday.

Please continue to pray for healing during these next several weeks.

Message and update from Cerra:

My family and I are so blessed and completely overwhelmed by the amount of love and support that we have been shown during this difficult time. I wish there was a way I could personally thank each and every person that has offered up prayers, support, and words of encouragement. We would not have made it without such a huge support group!

As most of you know, our daughter, Nora, was born 11 weeks early and is currently in the NICU. We found out after about 2 weeks that Nora has a congenital heart defect that will require heart surgery. Unfortunately, she is still too small to be able to have the surgery at this time; however, she is doing very well and gaining weight despite all of the challenges she has faced.

I just wanted to take the time to update everyone of Nora and her progress and also to say thank you once again for the tremendous amount of love and support. Here is an updated picture of our little heart warrior ❤️‍🩹
