I've been dealing with knee pain and limited mobility this week, to the point that I'm unable to work. I finally made it to my Oakley clinic today to gather dry needling supplies.

Many patients who ask me about acute injuries such as mine will hear me recommend dry needling. It is an absolute game changer, so much so that I decided to stab 10 needles into my own leg!! (This was very difficult to do and I prefer stabbing needles into my patients and not myself!)

Who else smiles when they get adjusted?

My new little friend came to see me at 10 days old to be checked for spinal restrictions, imbalances, tension and ties! He's nursing really well but with my experience as a Certified Lactation Counselor, I helped mama troubleshoot with their latch a little bit as well!

I've been having issues with my business phone not working properly and have finally had enough! I'm working on moving service to a different carrier. For the next week or so, my ability to make and receive calls and messages will be limited as I work through this process.
