Working hard in 7am Tuesday morning yoga class! ☀️ This is not a bikram class, but a vinyasa class focusing on connecting breath with movement. The goal: to be the conscious observer of your movement with no judgement! Pilin is an exceptional teacher who brings you on a journey each class, building on one movement to the next. This class is for all levels. Hope to see you in the hot room soon!
