Now Growing: In Person Clinical Supervision Circle in Norway, ME
For many of us practicing in rural areas, online supervision has been helpful, but it doesn’t always offer the depth, connection, or grounded presence we need to do this work sustainably.
That’s why I’m opening a, small in person, supervision group in Norway for clinicians in the Oxford Hills and surrounding areas who want a space that feels steady, real, and rooted in community.
Why In Person Matters Here:
In rural practice, we often work in small teams, in siloed roles, or as the only clinician in a setting. Meeting face to face offers something different:
•Stronger connection: real eye contact, shared energy, and the sense of “being in it together.”
•Deeper consultation: conversations flow more naturally, and nuance is easier to catch.
•A break from screens: especially for those of us doing telehealth all day.
•Community grounding: a chance to be with colleagues who understand the realities of rural work.
•More spacious reflection: in person settings support slower, more thoughtful processing.
If you’ve been craving a place where supervision feels human again, this circle may be a good fit.
