🤍 Tomorrow, We Gather. 🤍

Tonight, as I finished setting the table and placed each card that says “You Belong Here,” I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude.

What started as a vision, a prayer, and a simple desire to create a safe space for women has become something so much more.

Tomorrow isn't just a brunch.

It's a room filled with stories. A room filled with women who have survived hard things. A room filled with courage, healing, laughter, tears, connection, and hope.

Every place setting represents a woman who matters. A woman who deserves to be seen. A woman who deserves to know she is not alone.

My prayer for tomorrow is simple:

✨ That every woman feels welcomed. ✨ That every woman leaves encouraged. ✨ That every woman experiences genuine connection. ✨ That every woman knows she belongs.

The table is set ladies. I hope to see you there.💙

Sunday Prayer 🙏🏽

Heavenly Father,

Today we come before You carrying the weight of life—
the responsibilities, the emotions, the moments that feel heavy.
You see it all, God… and You meet us right here.

Remind us today that even when life feels uncertain,
You remain the same.
You are steady when everything else feels shifting.
You are constant when our circumstances are not.

Lord, You declared, “I AM that I AM.”
So today, we lean into who You are for us:

When we need comfort… You are our peace.
When we need grace… You are our covering.
When we need strength… You are our source.
When we feel overwhelmed… You are our anchor.

Help us to trust You—not just when things are easy,
but right here in the middle of what feels heavy.

Remind our hearts of Your faithfulness.
Remind us that we are never carrying anything alone.

And even if our situation doesn’t change right away...

You are still good. You are still present.
You are still God.

Today, we choose to rest in You.

In Jesus’ name,

At the beginning of 2026, I shared that Generational Wellness Massage Therapy would be expanding to include coaching and emotional wellness support.

I shared that this was not a shift away from massage therapy — it was simply an extension of the work I’ve already been doing for years.

The same heart.
The same mission.
Just a wider table. 🤍

For over a decade, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women through stress, burnout, emotional pain, healing journeys, and life transitions. Over time, I realized many women needed support that extended beyond the massage room — deeper conversations, emotional healing, faith-based encouragement, community, and ongoing guidance.

And little by little, God began expanding the vision.

Today, I’m so excited to officially share the launch of my new coaching website:

Beautifully created by cyriuslabs.com owner Nate Cyr, this new space will serve as the home for my coaching programs, speaking schedule, events, and the growing vision God has placed on my heart.

I’m also incredibly excited to officially introduce 💙 The Beautiful Collective💙 — a paid membership community designed to offer women a more affordable and accessible way to receive ongoing support, encouragement, healing resources, group coaching, and sisterhood.

Lord,

Today, I lift up every woman—every mother, every nurturer, every heart that loves deeply.

For the joyful hearts, we thank You.
For the grieving hearts, we ask for comfort.
For the weary hearts, we ask for rest.
For the hopeful hearts, we ask that You continue to strengthen their faith.

Remind us that our worth is not found in what we produce,
but in who we are in You.

Let every woman feel seen today.
Known. Loved. Covered.

And for those navigating complicated emotions today,
meet them gently.
Hold them closely.

You are the God who sees,
and nothing about us is overlooked by You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I remember thinking—

Not by chance.

And now I know…

The pain.
The confusion.
The brokenness.

But healing taught me something powerful:

God doesn’t waste pain.
He transforms it into purpose.

Every part of my story that once made me feel ashamed…
Is now the very thing He uses to help other women heal.

That’s why I speak.
Not because I have it all together…
But because I know what it feels like to be broken—and what it feels like to be restored.

If my story can help one woman feel seen…
remind her she’s not alone…
or show her that healing is possible—

Then I will continue to say yes.
