The following obituary appears on the funeral home website:

Luis Sepulveda, age 76, passed away on October 5, 2026. At Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY.

Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico where he spent his childhood until his family moved to Bronx NY. For many years, Luis worked for POP Display USA, Yonkers NY as a technician. In 2020 Luis moved to Norwich NY to be closer to his son. Luis was a truly one-of-a-kind person whose smile, laughter, and kindness touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

If there was one thing everyone could agree on about Luis it was that he was very kind and always willing to help anyone. He always liked to make jokes. He loved to cook, he loved going to the beach, he loved listening to music of all different kinds, and he loved his car including cleaning it all the time.

But above everything else, one of the greatest loves of Luis’s life was his grandchildren. His bond with them was something truly special, a connection filled with love, laughter, affection, and memories that will forever remain in their hearts. He loved his grandchildren more than words could ever express, and the love they shared with him was just as strong. His smile, his jokes, his gentle heart, and the way he cared for each of them are things they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The memories they made together will always be a reminder of how deeply they were loved by their grandfather.

Luis leaves behind his beloved family, including the love of his life Denise Willems, his children, Argenis Sepulveda (Chelsea Munro), Denis Brito, and Hayde Brito; his cherished grandchildren, Tristan Nivar, Damir Sepulveda, Alani Santiago, Nova Sepulveda, and Ivy Sepulveda; and his siblings, Lionel Jimenez, Migdalia Sepulveda, Carmen Sepulveda, Maria Sepulveda, Julio Sepulveda, Hector Sepulveda, Ivan Sepulveda, and Edwin Sepulveda, as well as other family members and loved ones who will continue to cherish his memory.
