IT'S PHYSICAL TIME!!!!!!

We hope you are all having an incredible summer but as we know far too well all good things must come to an end. With that said school is right around the corner so check your calendars and make sure the little ones have a scheduled physical. Please feel free to call the office if you forgot to write it down.

We still have some time before some of our kiddos head off to college as well so if you need a sickle cell test or TB test called in just give us a ring.

With summer coming to an end feel free to share any photos you guys have of any family trips or fun in the sun! We know Rich hates to travel and doesn't believe in planes so he lives through you and your children!!!

ATTENTION:

There has been an update to BCBS-CT insurance plans. If you are a state employee or have been looped into the state insurance package, your new cards will have arrived either by mail or email. The new state insurance ID's are ending with characters HR. You should also be able to see your new card info on the BCBS mobile app if you have it downloaded. New cards were issued beginning on 7/1/2026 so if you've been throwing away a lot of junk mail you might have made a boo-boo. Once you have the new card please feel free to upload it to your childs portal, call me with the new information or make sure to bring it to your childs next appointment.

🌷 Happy Belated Mother's Day & Happy Father's Day! 💙

To all the moms and dads out there:
We see you.

We see you fighting the good fight every single day. We see you negotiating peace treaties over bedtime, cutting sandwiches into the "right" shape, allowing only one dummy per child, and somehow surviving the life-altering decision of choosing the wrong flavor and defending that choice all the way home.

We see the early mornings, the sleepless nights, the endless laundry, the school projects, the doctor's appointments, the car rides, the worries, and the love behind it all.

Parenting doesn't come with a manual. Some days feel like victories. Some days feel like you're barely keeping your head above water. But through it all, you're showing up.

And that's what matters.

To every parent who wonders if they're doing enough: your children doesn't need perfection. They need you. Your hugs, your guidance, your patience, your protection, and your unconditional love are shaping their world every single day.

This weekend, take a moment to look in the mirror and be proud of what you see.

Because we are.

📢 Office Closure Notice

The office will be closed tomorrow for our scheduled half-day closure.

We will reopen on Wednesday during our normal business hours.

If your child has an urgent medical concern while the office is closed, Dr. Rich will be available on call and can be reached through our usual after-hours service.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday!

We’re ready for sunshine, fresh air, and ALL the spring vibes 🌸🌼☀️

So we decided to warm things up in the office with a brand new board!

We could’ve sworn the Winter Olympics ended… but apparently not. 🥶❄️

With the ice on these roads, Rich, Danielle, Kayla, Serena, and Arny are dusting off the office bobsled and making a run for it! 🛷🇺🇸

If all goes well, we’ll be adding a 13th gold medal to Team USA before lunch. 🥇

Until our athletes safely cross the finish line, we’ll be operating on a 2-hour delay.
The office will open at 10:00 AM.

Stay safe. Take it slow.
And if you see a our bobsled flying down the road… mind your business. 😂🚦

🎉 Big News From Our Office! 🎉

Since our announcement, our practice has grown by nearly 20% 🤯 and we are so incredibly grateful.

Because of this amazing growth, we will be pausing all transfer requests for now. We want to make sure we’re operating smoothly and continuing to give every family the attention and care they deserve ❤️

✨ The good news?
We are still welcoming first-time parents! So if you know anyone with a little bun in the oven 🤰🍼 send them our way, we’d be honored to care for their newest tiny human.
