The Healthy Aging Summit was truly one of those moments that reminded me how everything aligns when purpose is involved.

Did you know that this event was one of Alicia Reece vision?

I almost couldn’t make it because my SUV broke down right before the event. I had no way to bring my table and chairs, but I reached out to the coordinator, and she told me, “Just bring your tent — we got the rest.” So I packed what I could into my car, and the Most High made it happen!

The room was full of love, learning, laughter, resources, and real community. I was honored to be a part of this event - Divine CPR Plus. A small business with a huge 🧡

BLESSED to have this opportunity to empower seniors, caregivers, families, children, and people with abilities - teaching life-saving skills to people from all walks of life under one roof within a few hours. !

A special thank you to Kaiya for making sure I had a table and chairs after my SUV broke down. Your kindness, support, and coordination helped make sure I could still show up and serve the community. I truly appreciate you and all the work you put into making this event happen.

CPR & AED Awareness Week | June 1–7 ❤️

Learn the basics of Hands-Only CPR — Press hard, Press fast, Save a life.

These quick, practical skill is designed to help everyday people respond confidently during a cardiac emergency.

Important Tips:
• Call 911 immediately
• Push hard and fast in the center of the chest
• Aim for 100–120 compression per minute for an adult
• Don’t stop until help arrives
• Use an AED as soon as possible — it can help restore a normal heart rhythm

Whether at home, work, church, or in the community, your actions could make the difference before help arrives.

Be ready when it matters most.

Last year, when I attended Hamilton County Small Business Day, I was still trying to figure out what my business really needed. I knew I had the skills to teach CPR, but running and growing a business is a whole different level.

This year, I walked in with more understanding and more purpose. I realized entrepreneurship isn’t just about what you’re good at — it’s also about operations, marketing, networking, and learning how to position your business for growth.

Because of last year’s experience, I came back better prepared, asked better questions, made stronger connections, and gained even more valuable information for Divine CPR Plus.

Growth looks different when you stay consistent. Sometimes, you have to revisit the same rooms with a new mindset to truly see the opportunities in front of you. And one thing about me… I’m going to keep learning, growing, and showing up for my business. 🧡

At Divine CPR Plus, I don’t just teach a CPR, First Aid, and AED class — I create an experience. I like to keep it hands-on, comfortable, and easy to understand so people leave feeling confident, not overwhelmed.
