r an adult client with Level 4 Down Syndrome, a relationship that inspired her to start an agency rooted in love, respect, and inclusion. After years of service and professional leadership experience, Renika launched HeartBridge to bridge the gap between care and connection — where every individual is treated like family. The agency partners with Jessica Wright of Wright Workforce Solutions, who brings over 20 years of workforce and HR experience to help ensure that every HeartBridge caregiver is properly trained, qualified, and compassionate.
