At Aspire Wellness Center, our Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is expanding to offer more opportunities for community engagement, social connection, wellness, and meaningful support.

Program features include:
🎯 Goal setting, coping skills, and daily living support
☕ Coffee & conversation days
🌿 Wellness activities and experiences
🥪 Lunch & learn meetups

We’re excited to offer more opportunities for onsite interaction and community involvement while continuing to provide the flexibility of virtual support as needed.

Our monthly calendar will feature new activities, outings, and social events designed to encourage connection while supporting daily living goals.

Are you expecting and looking for a supportive space to connect, learn, and grow? Join our upcoming 8-week process group designed to support you through pregnancy and the transition into parenthood 🤍

🗓 Begins: Monday, April 13th, 2026
⏰ When: Mondays, 1:00–2:30 PM
👥 Group Size: Limited to 8–10 participants

This group focuses on:
✨ Building a supportive community with other expectant parents
✨ Learning what to expect during pregnancy and early parenthood
✨ Developing coping skills and communication tools to navigate this new phase of life
