I am pleased to share an update that will make it easier than ever to reach me.

I now have a dedicated cellphone line just for texting appointment requests and confirmations, or any other matters you might want to discuss with me:

Texts to this number go directly to me.

Messages left on the office phone number, 845-398-2343, will still be answered, but that line is checked at the end of the day. For the quickest response, texting is now your best option.

Dear Patients,
After forty years in dermatology, I've learned that what I don't do matters as much as what I do.

I want to share a little about how I approach injectable treatments in my practice, because I think you deserve to know the reasoning behind the choices I make on your behalf.

I use Allergan hyaluronic acid fillers and brand Botox exclusively.

These products have among the longest track records and most extensive clinical data in the field. I know how they behave, how they age, and how they perform across a wide range of patients. That consistency and predictability matter to me — when I'm working on your face, I want no surprises.

I take at least an hour with every patient.
Injectables are not an assembly line. A full hour lets us talk through your goals, examine your anatomy carefully, and build a plan that suits your face rather than a template. It also gives us time for the conversation that matters most: what's realistic, and what isn't.

I only treat patients who are appropriate candidates.
That means two things. First, that you're medically able to receive treatment safely. Second, that filler or Botox is genuinely likely to help you meet your goals. If I don't think a treatment will serve you well, I'll tell you — and I'll tell you why.

My goal has always been the same: results that look like you, delivered safely, by someone who takes the time to get it right.

Dear Patients,
After forty years in dermatology, I've learned that what I don't do matters as much as what I do.

I want to share a little about how I approach injectable treatments in my practice, because I think you deserve to know the reasoning behind the choices I make on your behalf.
