There’s a lot more that goes into sock dressing than you might think 🧦

Whether it’s putting socks on or taking them off, skills like hand strength, fine motor coordination, using both hands together, visual-motor skills, motor planning, core stability, and attention all play a role.

This simple scrunchie activity helps build many of the underlying skills that can make sock dressing easier and support greater independence with self-care tasks.
