Who wants to try my new Online Personal Timeline App LIFT Path™?! Feedback needed.

After years of wishing and searching for an online tool to create a personal timeline to log significant events and memories, and never having any luck finding one, I decided to create one myself --LIFT Path™.

Not only did I build a timeline, I created a clinically informed, completely private, and free to use tool. It helps you log the experiences that shaped you, map your emotional history, build a family genogram, and finally see the patterns running in the background of your life.

Can't wait for people to check it out and let me know their thoughts. TIA!!

The view from above changes everything. 🐦

When you're standing in the middle of your own story, it's hard to see the patterns. Hard to connect the dots. Hard to understand why you keep ending up in the same place.

LIFT Path™ gives you a different vantage point. Your whole life — your timeline, your emotions, your family history, your geography — laid out so you can finally see it clearly.

See your life clearly — for the first time.

Most of us spend our whole lives living our story without ever stepping back to actually look at it.

We react. We repeat. We wonder why nothing changes.

LIFT Path™ was built to change that.

It's a personal life timeline app that helps you log the moments that shaped you — with the dates, emotions, places, and people layered on each one. Then it lets you see your whole story from above. Like a bird's eye view of your own life.

Because when you can finally see your patterns clearly, you can start making different choices.

‼️Adults, parents, grandparents, anyone who wants to support the value of childhood, PLEASE read and make necessary changes to keep technology exposure to an absolute minimum.‼️

Why are we doing this to our kids?

Here's a very well done review of the damage our devices have when attempting to connect with others. Social media is one thing; but the simple act of having our device present during time spent with another is detrimental to the significant importance of connection.

Social media is responsible for your outrage and conflict with others, our society’s division. Please understand it’s engineered this way and therefore, it’s important to take a step back and hold them accountable instead of directing anger and frustration onto each other.

Children and screens are simply not a good combination. When we add virtual games to the mix, you’re now stepping into a predators playground. Please be mindful of the time and game(s) your child is partaking in.
