June is Scoliosis Awareness Month—a great reminder that posture changes, uneven shoulders, or persistent back discomfort shouldn't be ignored.

Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that can affect children, teens, and adults. While many cases are mild, early detection can make a significant difference in managing symptoms and maintaining an active lifestyle.

If you've noticed changes in posture, uneven hips or shoulders, or recurring back pain, it may be worth getting evaluated.

Awareness leads to action, and action can lead to better outcomes.

Have questions about scoliosis or spinal health? I'm here to help.

The choices we make every day may seem small, but they have a way of shaping our future.

Whether it's getting some movement in, improving your posture, staying hydrated, or simply taking a few minutes to care for yourself, those small actions add up over time.

Your future self will thank you for what you do today.

“Wellness isn’t a trend—it’s a lifestyle.”

Taking care of your body isn’t something you do for a few weeks and forget about. The small things you do consistently—moving more, staying hydrated, getting quality sleep, managing stress, and taking care of your health—add up over time.

True wellness is about creating habits that help you feel and function your best every day, not chasing quick fixes.

Your health is an investment, not an expense.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend—it’s a time to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Today we pause in gratitude for their sacrifice and the families who continue to carry their legacy. Wishing everyone a meaningful and safe Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

POV: You said ‘I’ll call later to schedule’… and now it’s somehow 3 weeks later 😅
Save yourself the phone tag and lock in your next appointment before you leave the office. Your future self will thank you 👊

One of the best compliments I've heard from a patient isn’t just “I feel better”…
It’s: “I don’t even think about the pain anymore.”

When pain stops controlling your thoughts, your movement, and your daily life — that’s when real progress happens. 🙌

Helping people get back to living life without constantly thinking about pain is why I do what I do.

The backpacks are getting lighter… but summer activities can still take a toll on your body.

As school wraps up and summer begins, many people jump right into sports, travel, yard work, pool days, and outdoor activities.

While summer is a great time to stay active, sudden increases in activity can also lead to soreness, stiffness, and injuries if your body isn’t prepared.

A few simple ways to help your body feel its best this summer:

✔️ Stay active consistently
✔️ Stretch before and after activities
✔️ Stay hydrated
✔️ Listen to aches and pains before they become bigger problems
✔️ Prioritize recovery and mobility

The goal this summer? Spend more time making memories and less time dealing with pain. 🌞

Feeling stiff, sore, or dealing with more headaches lately? 💧
You might not need something complicated… you might just need more water.

Hydration plays a huge role in how your body functions every day. When you’re dehydrated, muscles can tighten up more easily, recovery can slow down, and headaches can become more common. Proper hydration helps support: ✔️ Muscle function & recovery

✔️ Joint mobility
✔️ Energy levels
✔️ Focus & concentration

As temperatures start warming up and activity levels increase this time of year, don’t forget that staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to help your body feel and function better.

Small habits add up. Carry the water bottle. 🚰
