Today was my last day seeing patients at Little Flower Family Medicine. I have been blessed to be on this adventure for the past decade. I will think of you all fondly as I spend the next decade devoted to raising my children. -Dr. Grawey

Our office has no Internet today, which is unexpected as we were not informed by the vendor. We have no phones and no computers so we are unavailable and at the mercy of the service provider. This phones will be back available when the Internet is back. We are so sorry for this inconvenience which is out of our control!

Out-of_Network Insurance Announcement:
-Beginning on March 9th, 2023, Little Flower Family Medicine will be out of network with all CIGNA plans.
-Beginning on April 14th, 2023 Little Flower Family Medicine will be out of network with all Healthlink Plans.

Patients who are seen after that date will be self-pay and receive the same day payment discount.
And to clarify... We are posting this the day that Cigna notified us of the date they have chosen.
